What is Ablative?

Ablative Leadership Partners was founded on a simple belief: a company is only as healthy as its leaders. Great leadership isn’t just about skill or strategy. It’s also shaped by how people think and feel, what the company rewards, and the pressure that comes with power.

Psychology + Administration

My work is grounded in more than a decade of psychotherapy practice, where I have spent years sitting with people in moments of high stress, responsibility, and consequence. That experience taught me how people act under pressure, how habits form, how blind spots grow, and how hard it is to see your own impact when the stakes are high. It also taught me to listen for what isn’t being said, to notice how power changes the way people talk to each other, and to see how even good leaders can lose touch with the people around them without realizing it.

Along with my clinical work, I earned a doctorate focused on how organizations are run. I studied how companies are set up, how authority is used, and how systems reward certain behaviors over time. This helps me see a leader’s habits within the bigger picture of the company that keeps them going. I don’t treat leadership problems as personal failures or bad strategy. Instead, I look at both the person and the system, helping leaders see how their own tendencies mix with the way their company works. That’s what makes real change stick, not just for the leader, but for the whole company.
